Rachmat Agro – Call Center / Remote Sales Specialist (Warm Leads Only)

Rachmat Agro is hiring a Remote Call Center / Sales Specialist to handle incoming inquiries for plant seedlings. No cold calling required - you will work exclusively with interested clients!

Work Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home

Languages Required: ARABIC (Native) + ENGLISH (Fluent)

Responsibilities:

• Consult interested clients.

• Perform computer-based sales and administrative tasks.

Working Conditions:

• 100% Remote / Work from Home setup.

• Schedule: 8-hour workday, 5 days per week.

• Flexible Shift Options: Set your schedule between 08:00 and 21:00 (includes a 1-hour lunch break).

• Days Off: 2 days off per week of your choice.

• Salary: 18,000 to 45,000 EGP / month (Base Salary + Sales Bonuses).

• Career Growth: Clear advancement paths to Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Well-spoken, confident, and excellent communication skills.

• Highly responsible and self-motivated.

• Personal computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.

• Native Arabic fluency and strong spoken English proficiency (Required).
