Managing E-shop customers’ orders handling throughout the whole nation through starting the request issuance until the customer receives the product

Report To Position Name

-Managing E-shop customers’ orders handling throughout the whole nation through starting the request issuance and going with it in three different possible directions whether a fulfilment through delivery, retail or DSS depending on the customer desire. -Handling Nationwide requests (Cairo, Alex North coast, Delta, Red Sea, Upper Egypt) where they verify the customers’ requests through outbound calls. -Tracking the customers’ requested package along with the shipping companies through it’s the journey till it reaches the customers’ end within the assigned SLA related to the request. -Managing the courier’s task to deliver the package (Vendor/Etisalat fleet) and monitoring their performance during the process day by day and follow the escalation matrix if any negative impact takes place. -Reporting the stock ordering (channel fill) from Etisalat central warehouse and responsible for distributing the stock to the POSs located across the whole nation, given the sensitivity of the transaction that the stock is considered short till the customer pays the full amount of the stock to the stock. -Reporting the target achievements vs the stock ordering and give readings on monthly basis to elevate the overall performance.
