Al Gawhara Real Estate Development is Hiring!Position: Sales Manager
Al Gawhara Real Estate Development is looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team and take our success to the next level.
What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to contract signing
Work closely with the marketing team to turn leads into deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Leadership ability and team management experience
Familiarity with CRM systems
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
