Position: Digital Marketing Manager

At Al Gawhara, we don't just build properties, we build landmarks. We're looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to make our brand shine across every screen.

What You'll Do*

Build and lead our digital marketing strategy from awareness to closing

Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Generate high-quality leads and work closely with the sales team to convert them

Oversee content creation: visuals, videos, reels, and project launches

Manage our website, SEO, and social media presence

Track performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI continuously

Manage agencies, freelancers, and the marketing budget

What We're Looking For*

Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in real estate

Strong track record in lead generation and performance marketing

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools

Creative thinker with a sharp eye for branding and storytelling

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
