Business Development Manager – Events & Sponsorship (Sales)

ABOUT PLASMA

Plasma is a production house with a commercial brain. We plan, build and run events from start to finish, including concerts and large-format events, corporate launches, exhibitions, seasonal and Ramadan productions, LED and spherical screen installations, signage and booth fabrication. The same team designs the concept, fabricates it, runs the event and handles the load-out.

THE ROLE

You'll grow our client base and our revenue. You'll bring in brands and developers who need events, productions and activations, and sell sponsorship for the events we run ourselves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and work a pipeline of brands, agencies, developers and corporates across FMCG, telecom, banking, automotive, real estate, hospitality and retail

• Sell Plasma's services: event production, exhibition booths, LED screen hire, seasonal decorations, signage and large-format builds

• Sell title, category and supporting sponsorship packages for Plasma-run events and concerts

• Write the proposals and pitch decks, then negotiate and close

• Hand each deal to operations with a clean brief, and stay on the account through delivery and the post-event report

• Make sure deposits and payment milestones come in on schedule

• Grow repeat business from existing clients

• Report pipeline and forecast every week

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years selling events, sponsorship, production or experiential in Egypt

• Contacts in brand marketing teams, agencies and developers you could call this month

• Deals you've closed and can talk through with numbers

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken

• Comfortable working to a target

• Available on weekends and evenings around event days

• A plus: experience with Ramadan-season projects, concerts, exhibitions or LED and AV sales

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary plus commission on closed revenue
