We’re Hiring | Sales Designer – Luxury Furniture

HD Elite Furniture is looking for an experienced Sales Designer to join our team.

We are seeking a candidate who combines furniture design knowledge, technical understanding, customer communication, and sales skills — someone who can understand the client’s needs, recommend the right solutions, and turn requirements into accurate, production-ready furniture orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting suitable furniture designs, materials, fabrics, colors, and finishes.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget, and space limitations.
• Recommend suitable furniture designs, dimensions, materials, and technical solutions.
• Take and verify furniture and space measurements when required.
• Prepare accurate furniture dimensions, layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Translate approved designs and client requirements into clear production instructions.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, material specifications, and technical recommendations.
• Present designs and furniture solutions professionally to clients.
• Follow up with clients, negotiate offers, and close sales.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and execution process.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to ensure accurate and smooth project execution.
• Follow up on orders to ensure that the final product matches the approved design and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, preferably Interior Design or Furniture Design.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in furniture sales, furniture design, or interior projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the furniture industry and manufacturing process.
• Excellent understanding of furniture dimensions, standard measurements, proportions, and space planning.
• Ability to accurately understand and work with measurements, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of furniture materials, including wood, upholstery, fabrics, finishes, hardware, and other relevant materials.
• Understanding of furniture construction, manufacturing, and installation requirements.
• Ability to read, prepare, and understand technical drawings and furniture details.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or relevant furniture design software.
• Ability to translate a client’s idea or reference image into a practical, manufacturable furniture solution.
• Strong knowledge of quotations, costing, and material specifications is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production, design, and installation teams.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset and the ability to close deals.

Job Details

Location: First Settlement, New Cairo, Cairo

Work Type: On-site | Full-time

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Day Off: Sunday

Salary: Starting from EGP 10,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Gender: Male or Female

Start Date: Immediate — hiring will proceed once the candidate’s qualifications and skills are verified.
