SATO PHARMA is seeking a qualified District Sales Manager to lead the Pedia sales team across Delta 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the district sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by area and product.
• Conduct field coaching and performance follow-up.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and CRM discipline.
• Support team recruitment, development, and execution of company strategy.
• Monitor market performance and competitors.

Requirements

• Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science graduate.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience with proven team-management exposure.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
• CRM and sales reporting experience.
• Pedia experience is preferred.
• Resident of Dakahlia, preferably Mansoura.
• Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.
• Good command of English.
