Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Beni Suef. The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, allocating resources, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and monitoring workflow to reduce downtime and waste. The role also involves supervising production staff, providing guidance and performance feedback, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. The Production Manager prepares regular reports on production performance, collaborates with leadership to meet customer demand, and supports compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong production planning and scheduling skills, with experience managing manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Knowledge of quality control, process improvement, and basic lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to lead and supervise production teams, including training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Competence in safety and workplace standards, including enforcement of health and safety procedures on the production floor.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with operations, maintenance, logistics, and management teams.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and, ideally, familiarity with ERP or production management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in metal or household product industries, is an advantage.
