Role Description The Payroll Officer, HR Personnel role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, including preparing payroll data, calculating salaries, allowances, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. The role includes maintaining employee records, handling benefits-related information, and supporting HR operations such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and responding to employee inquiries. The Payroll Officer, HR Personnel will collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, prepare payroll reports, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services, with experience managing full payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Finance principles, including compliance with local regulations and accurate financial reporting.
• Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with employees, HR, and finance teams, and to explain payroll and HR policies clearly.
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems, spreadsheets, and general office software.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Relevant experience in HR or payroll roles; experience in the IT or services sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Good command of English, in addition to local language proficiency.
