Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role is based at Property Hills East in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will support clients through the full property transaction cycle, including identifying suitable properties, conducting property viewings, and advising on market conditions and pricing. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining a portfolio of listings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with legal and finance parties as needed. The agent will manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensure accurate documentation, and provide ongoing customer service before and after the sale. The role requires consistent on-site presence, close collaboration with the sales team, and adherence to company policies and local real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate knowledge and hold a valid Real Estate License in accordance with local regulations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and effective relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and properties at once.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial property sales in New Cairo or similar markets is beneficial.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office software is beneficial.
• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
