Role Description This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in New Cairo (District 5), requiring the agent to have access to a car for client visits and property tours. The Fresh Sales Agent will handle inquiries, contact potential buyers and sellers, schedule and conduct property viewings, and provide clients with detailed information about available listings. The role involves maintaining an updated portfolio of properties, following up on leads, and supporting clients through the negotiation and closing processes. The agent will also collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, prepare basic sales reports, and ensure a professional client experience aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in real estate sales, with the ability to learn local market trends and property types.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Basic negotiation and customer service abilities to support clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Valid driving license and access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.
• Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic office software to manage leads and records.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous exposure to sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
