As part of our global expansion strategy, we are conducting a market research phase to identify top-performing countries with neutral, American-friendly English proficiency, and Egypt is a key focus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $3–$4 USD per hour.
- Schedule: 40–45 hours per week, which may include weekends.

What You’ll Do
- Handle calls for US-based campaigns, including lead generation, appointment setting, and sales.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with American customers.
- Follow performance-driven goals focused on productivity and results.
- Represent US brands with confidence, clarity, and cultural awareness.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency with a neutral, American-friendly accent.
- Previous call center experience.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working on performance-based campaigns.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
