1. Prepare and review periodic and ad hoc disclosures and announcements, ensuring their timely submission in accordance with the regulations of the Egyptian Exchange and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
2. Coordinate continuously with the Finance, Legal, Corporate Governance, and Board Secretariat departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all disclosed information.
3. A relevant university degree in *Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law* is required, along with practical experience in investor relations, disclosure, or financial analysis. Previous experience with accounting and auditing firms, company incorporation and amendments, and the ratification of General Assembly meeting minutes is preferred, particularly for listed companies.
4. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial analysis, communication, report-writing, deadline-management, and professional confidentiality skills.
