Responsible for ensuring the availability and proper display of Royal Herbs products within points of sale, adhering to approved display and merchandising standards, monitoring inventory and product conditions, contributing to increasing product visibility, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales goals. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Visiting designated points of sale according to daily and weekly visit plans. Ensuring the availability of Royal Herbs products in suitable quantities within points of sale. Arranging and displaying products on shelves according to approved display standards. Ensuring products are displayed clearly, attractively, and are easily accessible to customers. Tracking prices and promotional offers and ensuring their correct execution within points of sale. Ensuring the presence of promotional and advertising materials for products and placing them in designated locations. Monitoring product condition and ensuring there are no damaged, expired, or display-unfit products. Tracking expiration dates and applying the FIFO principle when arranging products, according to company instructions. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or replenishment needs. Tracking product movement within points of sale and informing the sales team of any observations or challenges. Building and maintaining good professional relationships with point-of-sale personnel. Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines regarding product display. Collecting information related to products, competitors, and points of sale, and reporting it to the direct supervisor. Preparing daily visit reports and recording notes for each point of sale. Photographing and documenting product display status when needed, according to company policy. Following up on the implementation of merchandising plans and ensuring required coverage of points of sale is achieved. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve distribution and market visibility goals. Adhering to health and safety policies and company guidelines while performing visits and tasks. Performing any other job-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
