Daily Tasks: Responsible for receiving customers and answering all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales targets and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolving customer issues and understanding their root causes, while working to provide suitable solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience. Executing the complete sales process on the system, from order registration through payment completion, including collecting payment from customers whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replacing products with manufacturing defects in accordance with company policies, ensuring the maintenance of service standards and customer satisfaction. Continuously following up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and boost sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of required stock from the warehouse to ensure product availability and successfully close sales deals.
