Junior Project Service Officer Egypt

Job Summary

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Junior Project Service Officer to join an international Oil & Gas engineering project based in New Cairo Egypt.

The opportunity is intended for an Egyptian professional with 23 years of experience in project services administration project support or similar roles who will support the Project Service team in the coordination of administrative and operational activities related to project execution.

The selected candidate will provide day-to-day support to project personnel contributing to the smooth organization of project activities with particular focus on timesheet management travel arrangements business missions and logistical coordination.

Here below you can find the main details:

• Position: Junior Project Service Officer;

• Location: New Cairo Egypt smart working according to project requirements;

• Expected Starting Date: 01/11/2026;

• Duration: approximately 2.5 months until 15/01/2027 with high possibility of extension according to business needs;

• Working Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/week;

• Rotation: N/A Resident position;

• Contract: Consultant Agreement with ISS International S.p.A. Rome Italy.

The main activities will include supporting the Project Service team with:

• collection checking and management of personnel timesheets;

• organization and coordination of business trips and project missions;

• travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation coordination;

• logistical and administrative support to project personnel;

• coordination of information and documentation related to staff movements and missions;

• general operational support to the Project Service team during project execution.

Candidates must be Egyptian nationals and have professional proficiency in both Arabic/Egyptian and English.

A minimum of 23 years of previous experience in similar positions is required preferably within engineering Oil & Gas EPC energy construction or international project environments.

Previous experience in Project Services Project Administration Travel Coordination Personnel Logistics Timesheet Management or Mission Management will be considered particularly relevant.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail ability to manage several administrative activities simultaneously and confidence in working with international project teams.

Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and Outlook as well as familiarity with administrative and reporting activities will be considered an advantage.
