Wisely Insure is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our corporate client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, leads, and target markets
• Build relationships with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events
• Present Wisely’s insurance solutions and services to potential clients
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into clients
• Coordinate with insurance companies to provide tailored quotations
• Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development teams on growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience
• Insurance experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fluent English with strong communication & presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
• Professional and presentable
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Must own a car
