Role Description The All Titles Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining client relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to promote properties, update databases, and contribute to a positive, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Real Estate skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and client requests.
• Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and real estate listing platforms.
• Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role is preferred.
