Job purpose:

Handles commercial activities with corporate clients to maximize sales achievement while maintaining a quality portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Source new clients, maintain and develop client relationship.
• Setting marketing plans, strategies and initiating new channels for the company to expand its clients’ network.
• Conduct cold calls as well conduct follow-up calls with existing clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate call reporting.
• Achieve and set annual planned KPIs and financial targets.
• Prepare marketing reports.
• Efficiently structure the deal mechanism for each lease transaction.
• Follow up on the collection of receivables of past-due clients
• Remain up to date on clients’ plans and saturate the clients’ relationship through multiple selling.
• Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and collection track record.
• Address all clients’ complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality customer satisfaction service.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities.
• Train and coach subordinates and newly hired team members.

Qualifications:

• Relationship Management of large accounts with a proven track record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Credit Certified is a plus.
• Very good English language skills (Speaking and writing).
• Highly motivated and target oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
