Role Description The Sales Indoor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. The role involves handling walk-in and inbound customer inquiries, presenting product features and benefits, and recommending appropriate solutions across printers, inks, computer accessories, POS systems, security systems, and networking products. Daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with inventory and logistics teams, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The position also requires maintaining product knowledge, updating records in the sales system or CRM, following up with customers to close sales, and supporting after-sales service when needed. The Sales Indoor team member works closely with colleagues and management to achieve individual and store sales targets while providing a professional and positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, explain product features clearly, and close sales effectively.
• Basic knowledge of printers, inks, computer accessories, POS systems, and networking or security solutions, with a willingness to learn and develop technical product expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Good organizational and time management abilities, including accurate order handling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Comfort using computers, POS systems, and sales or CRM software to manage customer data and sales transactions.
• Previous experience in retail or indoor sales, preferably in technology or electronics, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis on a full-time schedule and meet defined sales and performance targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant vocational training in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
