Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the full transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, listing and marketing properties, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, providing excellent client service, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals. The Real Estate Agent is expected to represent EgyProperty professionally, build strong client relationships, and support a safe and efficient property marketplace.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing transactions.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and support clients throughout the process.
• Familiarity with local New Cairo real estate market trends and property regulations.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and property listing platforms; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a safe, trustworthy client environment.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
