Dutch Account Sales Representative
TTEC | Maadi, Cairo | On-site | Full-time
TTEC is hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Maadi.
If you have strong Dutch communication skills, sales experience, and enjoy creating great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
* Maintain professional and engaging communication with customers.
* Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience across every interaction.
* Use internal systems effectively to document and manage customer interactions.
Requirements
* Dutch: B2+
* English: B2
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good computer literacy and ability to work efficiently with multiple systems.
* Graduate degree or equivalent.
* Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation.
* Candidates must have the legal right to work in Egypt and meet applicable employment requirements.
Work Schedule
* Full-time, on-site position.
* Rotational shifts covering a 24/7 operation.
* 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
* 5 working days + 2 rotational days off.
* Morning, evening, night and overnight shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
* Up to EGP 64,000 gross monthly salary + commission
* Medical insurance

* Company transportation through designated collection points
* Transportation support for eligible late-night shifts, subject to company transportation policy
* Immediate start available
