Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties by conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and preparing necessary documentation. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, maintaining updated property listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating with property owners and tenants. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, staying informed about local real estate trends, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in closing real estate transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to support and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property valuation, market analysis, and local New Cairo property trends.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with real estate listing platforms and CRM tools, fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours as needed.
