We’re Hiring a Fast Food Marketing Leader to shape the next era of Smiley's Grill!

Since 1988, Smiley's Grill has been an authentic staple in the fast-food market. As a proudly self-owned restaurant chain operating 7 primary locations, we have consistently focused on quality, tradition, and customer passion .

Now, we are embarking on a major Rebranding Journey and looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to modernize our brand, elevate our customer experience, and lead our marketing vision into the future.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Rebranding: Spearhead the complete brand transformation across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Drive Digital Presence: Manage and optimize our social media channels, website, and delivery app platforms (Talabat, Elmenus, etc.) to boost reach and orders.

Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Plan and direct strategic promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new menu item launches from end-to-end.

Empower & Inspire: Build, mentor, and motivate our internal marketing team, fostering an energetic, high-vibe, and success-driven work environment.

Analyze & Optimize: Monitor performance metrics, track campaign ROI, and leverage market trends to stay ahead of fast-food competitors.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience specifically in the Fast-Food / QSR Restaurant Industry.

Track record of driving successful rebranding campaigns and menu/product launches.

Hands-on mastery of digital marketing, web management, and online food aggregators.

A visionary leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for team culture.
