About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Agent to join our Dubai Account team in Abbasia, Cairo. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, present products and services, and close sales over the phone.
This position is ideal for sales professionals with proven telesales experience who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote products and services effectively over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales is required.
- English proficiency at B1+ level or above.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Net Salary: 13,000 EGP
