About GuestReady

GuestReady is an award-winning hospitality management company at the intersection of hospitality and technology. Founded in 2016, we manage thousands of properties across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain and the UAE, and we build our own property management software, RentalReady. The UAE is a long-term priority market for us, and our reservations business there is growing.

The engagement

We're looking for a freelance Telesales Associate, based in Egypt and working remotely, to grow our B2B reservations in the UAE. You'll reach out to companies, travel agents and other business partners, turn enquiries into confirmed reservations and look after the B2B reservations you bring in.

Scope of services

• Outreach: Contact companies, relocation agencies, travel agents and other B2B partners by phone, WhatsApp and email to generate new reservations for GuestReady stays in the UAE.
• Lead conversion: Follow up on inbound and outbound B2B leads, understand their needs and turn them into confirmed reservations.
• Quotes and reservations: Prepare quotes, check availability and create reservations accurately in our reservations system.
• Account follow-up: Stay in touch with B2B clients before and during their stay, and encourage repeat reservations.
• Pipeline and reporting: Keep leads, calls and reservations up to date in our CRM and share regular updates on your pipeline and results.
• Coordination: Work with our Reservations, Guest Experience and Revenue Management contacts so B2B guests have a smooth stay.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in telesales, B2B sales, reservations or corporate travel
• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken
• Confident on the phone, persuasive and comfortable with outbound calls
• Organised and target-driven, with strong follow-up
• Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets and reservations or booking systems
• Able to work independently and manage your own time remotely
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in hotel or short-term rental reservations, serviced apartments or hospitality sales
• Knowledge of the UAE market and corporate travel
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
