Role Description The Owner role at M.K. is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Day-to-day tasks include managing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience. The Owner will handle financial oversight such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue monitoring, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This role also involves setting strategic goals, maintaining relationships with key partners and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Owner is expected to lead by example, support a positive work culture, and make informed decisions that sustain and expand the business.
Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility to address urgent business needs outside standard hours.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is also valued.
