Job Overview: Operations Manager to lead and manage the entire operational system, ensuring efficient order execution and service quality, while supervising delivery teams, the support center, and field operations to achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency. Location: Cairo – Nasr City Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire Operations and Operations Department and establish daily and developmental operational plans. - Manage and follow up on delivery teams and supervisors, ensuring efficient fleet distribution and operation. - Supervise the support center and maintain continuous coordination between customer service and operations. - Track the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery completion. - Ensure commitment to delivery time targets and service quality. - Monitor key operational performance indicators, analyze results, and take corrective actions. - Determine operational hubs, coverage areas, and allocate resources according to order volume. - Manage human and operational resources necessary to ensure service continuity. - Establish, monitor, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Handle operational problems and emergencies, making appropriate decisions in a timely manner. - Coordinate with commercial, marketing, tech, and financial departments to ensure integration of operations. - Monitor the performance of field work teams and evaluate efficiency, productivity, and commitment. - Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce wait times, delays, and operational costs. - Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to executive management with recommendations. - Participate in planning for geographical expansion and increasing operational capacity with business growth. Requirements: - 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in delivery, logistics, E-commerce, or operational services companies. - Strong experience in managing large, multi-level teams. - Experience in managing delivery fleets or field operations is a strong advantage. - High ability to analyze performance indicators and make operational decisions. - Experience in building and developing operating procedures and improving efficiency. - Very strong skills in leadership, crisis management, and problem solving. - High ability to coordinate between different departments. - Proficiency in using operating systems, dashboards, and data analysis tools. - Strong skills in reporting, follow-up, and time management. - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, changing operating environment.
