Role Description The Resale Agent (District5) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves managing property resale transactions within the District5 area, including listing properties, conducting viewings, and coordinating with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth deals. The Resale Agent will prepare and update property listings, respond to inquiries, provide market information, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed about local real estate trends and projects in District5.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property resale, preferably within New Cairo or similar markets.
• Negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, viewings, and client follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market pricing, and residential developments, especially in District5, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred; a relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
