Job Description:
The JuniorGraphic Designer produces high-quality visual assets for online and offline communication working under the direction of the Creative Team Lead. They turn creative concepts into finished designs that are on brand on brief and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Online design
- Design social media posts stories carousels and digital ad sets in all required sizes.
- Create website and landing page visuals email templates and app/in-app banners.
- Produce simple motion graphics and animated assets for social and digital ads.
- Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and languages (English and Arabic).
Offline design
- Design print materials: brochures flyers posters rollups menus signage and outdoor ads.
- Create event and activation materials branded merchandise and packaging.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files (bleed color profiles resolution) and check proofs with suppliers.
Brand and quality
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across every output.
- Maintain and organize the design asset library templates and source files.
- Proofread text in designs and check details before submitting for review.
Workflow
- Receive briefs from the Creative Team Lead ask clarifying questions and suggest ideas.
- Manage several projects at once and hit agreed deadlines.
- Take feedback well and turn revisions around qKeep up with design trends tools and platform format .

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related field.
- 13 years of graphic design experience in-house or agency.
- A portfolio showing both digital and print work.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of typography layout color and print production.
- Comfortable designing in both English and Arabic.
