• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure the reliability and availability of IQF freezing, processing, and packaging equipment.

• Manage industrial refrigeration systems, compressors, and cold storage facilities.

• Minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance costs.

• Develop maintenance plans, KPIs, and spare parts inventory strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.

• Lead and develop the maintenance team.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to maximize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Mandatory proven experience in maintenance management within IQF frozen food manufacturing plants.

• Strong technical knowledge of IQF freezing equipment, processing and packaging lines, industrial refrigeration, and cold chain systems.

• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in commissioning or starting up new IQF production facilities is an advantage.
