1. Develop and oversee the creative vision, brand identity, and art direction for all projects (residential & commercial). 2. Oversee all creative deliverables including brochures, billboards, social media content, videos, 3D renderings, and event branding. 3. Ensure all creative work reflects premium standards aligned with the company’s positioning as a leading developer. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and project positioning. 5. Stay updated with real estate and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization tools, and video production oversight.
Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and business understanding
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
5+ years of experience in creative direction/art direction, ideally within real estate, luxury, or property development industries.
