Daily Duties: Responsible for welcoming customers and responding to all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolving customer issues and understanding their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the purchasing experience. Executing the entire sales process on the system, from order registration to payment completion, including collecting sales payments from customers whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replacing products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring that service standards are maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved. Continuous follow-up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and boost sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of required product orders from the warehouse to ensure item availability and successfully complete sales transactions.
