Monitoring inventory and ensuring the availability of high-demand products. Assisting in arranging and organizing displays within the store to showcase products attractively. Recording orders and updating the customer database. Following up on customer inquiries and complaints and working to resolve them quickly and effectively. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintaining an organized and professional work environment to ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers. Required Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers. Knowledge of sales basics and product understanding. Ability to work within a team and achieve set targets. Problem-solving skills and handling work pressure.
