• Lead and manage local and foreign purchasing teams.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage annual contracts.

• Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders and track purchasing requests.

• Manage the procurement budget and achieve long-term cost savings.

• Prepare the annual procurement budget and coordinate purchasing plans with other departments.

• Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager.

• Strong knowledge of local and foreign purchasing, sourcing, and procurement techniques.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Excellent command of English.

• Proficiency in procurement reporting and data analysis.
