Role Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience. This role ensures the store reflects the brand’s values and standards while driving sales and fostering strong relationships with local brand partners. The Store Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Oversee all store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, cashiering, and store presentation.
Maintain strong relationships with local brand partners, ensuring their collections are well-represented and aligned with our store’s standards.
Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to achieve sales, foot traffic, and customer engagement goals.
Ensure high standards in cleanliness, product display, and in-store experiences that reflect the creativity and quality of our brand partners.
Handle customer feedback, escalations, and ensure timely resolution in line with brand values.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for product launches, promotions, and events.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store staff.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field .
Experience:
10 years of experience in sales, with 3-5 in store management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.

Problem-solving and Decision-making.
Team collaboration .
Technical Skills:
Fashion sales skills.
Store management (people, & Operations)
Knowledge of visual merchandising
Familiarity with store POS systems and basic inventory management tools .
Language Skills
Good in English Language (spoken and written).
Other Requirements
Ability to work dependently in the store, and collaboratively with other departments.
