Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions across different teams. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities include maintaining talent pipelines, using recruitment tools and platforms, organizing interview schedules, and providing regular status updates on open positions. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates should possess proven Hiring experience, including working with hiring managers and making data-informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience recruiting for IT and technology roles and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment are important.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams are essential.
