• Lead, plan, and manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation through handover.

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and performance indicators.

• Ensure full compliance with architectural, civil, and MEP specifications.

• Manage project budgets, cost control procedures, and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.

• Ensure all documentation, BOQs, RFIs, variation orders, and approvals are managed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in construction or high-end finishing, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.

• Proven track record delivering luxury residential or commercial projects.

• Strong command of project management tools and documentation systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, procurement cycles, and site execution methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

• Strong decision-making capabilities

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
