• Account Manager (Customer Service and Sales), is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for managing corporate client relationships and coordinating travel services across ticketing, accommodation, visas, transfers, Meet & Assist, and MICE. The role involves understanding client requirements, following up with operational teams, and ensuring timely service delivery in line with client expectations and company standards. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, handling complaints and escalations, preparing client reports, and coordinating with Finance on invoices, payments, and refunds. The role also supports business development by identifying potential corporate accounts, approaching prospective clients, and following up on proposals and agreements.

Requirements

• Average 2 years of relevant experience

• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Ability to follow up with clients, maintain existing accounts, and develop business.

• Professional and confident communication in English.

• Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with client complaints or challenging situations professionally.

• Presentable, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
