• Visa Agent, is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for preparing and processing visa applications for different destinations. The Visa Agent advises clients on visa requirements, reviews supporting documents for accuracy and completeness, and coordinates with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, organizing application documents, scheduling appointments, tracking application progress, and keeping clients updated. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines while staying informed of changes in visa requirements and procedures.

Requirements

• Average 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a travel agency or visa processing department.

• Experience handling visa applications and documentation for different destinations.

• Good knowledge of visa requirements, procedures, and supporting documentation.

• Experience dealing with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and relevant authorities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing visa documents.

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to advise clients on visa requirements and ensure applications are complete and properly prepared.

• Good command of English.

• Travel industry experience is preferred, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
