• Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding the maintenance.

• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing

• Train and work closely with the department team, achieving a company strategy.

• Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.

• Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,

• Follow filing and archiving system.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering .

• Experience : 10- 15Years in after sale service.

• Good knowledge in tv and home appliances product

• Good ownership & Leadership skills.

• Ability to gain more knowledge & experience.

• Very Good in Microsoft office.

• Fluent in English.

• Males Only.
