• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and annual plans.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian HSE laws and environmental regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and accident investigations.

• Oversee emergency response plans, fire prevention, and evacuation drills.

• Ensure safe working practices across production, maintenance, and contractor activities.

• Lead HSE training, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor HSE performance and prepare periodic reports and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

• 12–15 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory HSE role.

• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
