Through our two specialized brands, Al Jood Farms and Golden Farms, we serve international importers, distributors, retailers, food manufacturers, and foodservice businesses.
Position: Export Sales & Logistics Officer
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales & Logistics Officer to join our team in Nasr City, Cairo.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in exporting frozen vegetables and fruits, with strong skills in international sales, customer relations, export documentation, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export sales inquiries and maintain professional relationships with international customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs clearance agents.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Monitor shipments from order confirmation through final delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and logistics partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation, organized workflows, and timely follow-up throughout the export process.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in exporting frozen vegetables and fruits.
- Proven experience in export sales, international shipping, and logistics coordination.
- Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow shipments through to final delivery.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
