Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Xinix. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other prospecting activities, focusing on businesses that can benefit from Xinix’s communications platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, engaging decision-makers, conducting needs assessments, and scheduling product demonstrations or discovery calls for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns, and following up on inbound inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will also track performance metrics, continuously improve outreach strategies, and represent Xinix’s solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for effective prospecting and pipeline building.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills for engaging prospects and advancing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to identify new markets, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Candidates should have experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to manage contacts and track activities.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organization, time management, and follow-up capabilities in a remote work environment.
• Candidates should have a customer-focused mindset, resilience in handling objections, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology solutions sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Candidates should have a relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or related fields.
