Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of resale and rental properties, including prospecting new listings, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms and prices, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing activities and client follow-up. Success in this role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach and consistent achievement of sales and leasing targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and proven experience meeting or exceeding sales or leasing targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and client relationship management.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property concepts, property valuation basics, and market analysis.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
