• Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC and other standard forms.
• Handle contractual claims, variations, change management, negotiations, and dispute avoidance.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.
• Review contractual documents and provide technical/commercial recommendations.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead contract-related activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools for contract review, risk identification, document analysis, and process automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 12–15+ years of relevant contract management experience.
• Strong experience within engineering consultancy/PMC firms and major projects.
• Extensive hands-on FIDIC experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled contract management tools is preferred.
