‏⁦We're Hiring | Procurement Manager

Allawaty Clinics is looking for an experienced and qualified Procurement Manager to join our team in Sheikh Zayed, Giza.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement plans to meet the operational needs of the clinics.

- Manage the purchasing process for medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and other required materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical suppliers and vendors.

- Monitor market prices, supplier performance, and purchasing trends.

- Ensure the continuous availability of medical supplies and consumables.

- Coordinate with medical departments, warehouse, and finance to ensure efficient purchasing operations.

- Review purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

- Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in procurement and purchasing.

- Previous experience in purchasing medical supplies and consumables is a must.

- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or medical centers is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of medical suppliers and the healthcare market.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Must be a resident of Cairo or Giza.

Job Location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt.
