Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and deliver shipments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist walk-in customers with product and service inquiries.
• Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal and operational teams to resolve customer issues.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints to ensure proper resolution.
• Identify and report service issues and customer dissatisfaction to the manager.
• Perform accurate data entry according to company procedures.
• Support team goals and achieve individual targets by promoting company services.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• University degree; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Very good English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
