- We are hiring entry-level production trainees to join our factory team.- Full-time position.- The trainee will receive the necessary training and will be transferred to the most suitable department after the training period.- Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in various metal manufacturing departments.- Developing craftsmanship skills in various departments.- Operating machinery such as presses, shears, polishing machines, etc.- Coordinating between departments and handling materials sent to and from departments.- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.- Supporting production teams when needed.- Requirements:- Age: 25-30 years old.- Completed education.- Completed or exempted from military service.- Good physical fitness and health.- Non-smoker.- Serious, disciplined, and willing to learn.- Ability to work in a factory environment.- What we offer:- Full-time position and stability.- Performance-based bonuses.- Skill development and hands-on training.- Opportunity for promotion within the production department.
