Role Description The English Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing professional support to English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also involves following established procedures, meeting quality and performance targets, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasr City, Cairo.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital systems.
• Previous customer service, call center, or customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Nasr City, Cairo, according to the assigned shift.
